How long before my order is sent? We usually process orders on the day after your payment is cleared, excluding weekends. New Delivery times are 5-7 days after payment due to the Pandemic Woes.

What are your shipping methods and transit times? Depending on Country and destination, we use UPS, USPS, FEDEX and EMS: Standard Ground 3 to 5 days within the Continental U.S.. Transit times are estimates only. We encourage you to order with sufficient time to avoid any delays. From time to time it can take 5-7 days. Natural Dye ships from the Midwest USA.

  • Where are the orders sent from?  Most non Bulk items are shipped within a few days. Mimosa Hostilis is Imported from Brazil. We however have Drop-Shippers in the U.S.A., & Spain. Everything else, like Medicinal Barks and Teas are currently shipped from Guyana.

Do you send internationally? Yes, we do. You can place your order normally online via our website and the shopping cart will give you all available shipping options to your country. Typically orders arrive within 1 week, but the time period for the receipt of your order depends on the country and Customs office.

Can I follow my order online? Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
